Fees for Service
Insurance co-pay amounts will depend on coverage plans
Non-insurance fees:
First visit for any treatment: $100.00
Follow up visits: $70.00
Herbal Consultation only: $65.00
Cupping only: $50.00
Massage only: $65.00
Herbal prescriptions are not included and are additional.
Herbal Prescriptions can range between $10 and $25 depending on the complexity of the formula, with most priced in the lower range.
Facial Rejuvenation Treatments are priced in blocks of treatments.
A full course is a block of 12 treatments (we recommend 15 for smokers)
Full course block of Facial Rejuvenation: $1200.00
6 visit block of Facial Rejuvenation: $720.00
3 visit block of Facial Rejuvenation: $390.00
Single visits of Facial Rejuvenation (usually after a 3 visit block minimum): $135.00
